What is a Northern country girl?

She’s a cowgirl. She fight’s through any pain and refuses to shed a tear.

She’s up with the sun to start her day and doesn’t go back down ‘til she’s done partying late into the night.

Her favorite outfit is an old t-shirt and pair of holy jeans. But damn, she’ll take your breath away when she dresses up.

She’s got more muddy boots then high heels (not that she really minds).

She’s no fan of shopping unless there is camo involved.

Her pass-times include fishing before dawn, hunkering down in a tree for hours in the cold waiting for the right buck to walk by, and horseback riding for hours to clear her head.

She owns a gun (or two, or three) and KNOWS how to PROPERLY use it.

She sees beauty in the world and people around her because she knows that they are a direct reflection of how she views herself.

She won’t start a fight, but she’ll easily end it. She doesn’t know what a cat fight is because she’s only ever fought with her fists.

She takes no shit from no one. Not even “mama”. But she knows how to be respectful and can probably teach you a thing or two about manners.

She’s got a good head on her shoulders and depends on no man for what she needs.

A true patriot. She’s got a deep love for her country and those who have fought for it.

No, she aint no “Southern Belle”. She’s got more pride then that. She’s a Northern country girl. She’s a cowgirl.
